I have experience playing 5.0 semi-pro NTRP and L7-L4 USTA tournament levels. I've been coaching for 6 years with a deep passion for learning and sharing what I know with my students. In 2024 I founded a small academy in Iowa City. \nI've researched technique and tactics from coaches at IU-Indy, UNM, Omni Resort at Amelia Island, and former ATP World Tour professionals. I'm writing a book on tennis tactics, technique, and gear. \nLooking forward to working with you!","avatarUrl":"https://teachmeto-listing-assets.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/media/f49443a7-53ee-41a1-9319-f4e15fc5abdf/b47e98e3-4324-4edd-9539-b735bd2680d5.jpg","skill":{"id":"c29fd4d1-2821-4e2b-ab3d-e195bd0538a2","slug":"tennis","label":"Tennis"},"acceptingNewStudents":true,"teachesOnline":false,"lessonLengths":[60,90,120],"maxParticipants":4,"locations":[{"id":"53e40aac-b7b9-4ee0-9a07-663129bc4ae5","name":"Swanson Elementary","address":"87th and Harney, Omaha, NE 68114","city":"Omaha","state":"Nebraska","timezone":"America/Chicago","online":false,"latitude":41.2570403,"longitude":-96.0287849},{"id":"558d6459-a001-4c0e-825e-43dda7c37f23","name":"Mercer Park","address":"2701 Bradford Dr, Iowa City, IA 52240","city":"Iowa City","state":"Iowa","timezone":"America/Chicago","online":false,"latitude":41.6452994,"longitude":-91.4977823},{"id":"7472c337-ed07-475c-a5d5-3392723b8ee4","name":"Penn Meadows Park","address":"310 N Dubuque St, North Liberty, IA 52317, USA","city":"North Liberty","state":"Iowa","timezone":"America/Chicago","online":false,"latitude":41.7487052,"longitude":-91.5971571},{"id":"d4751107-1cd6-4a4f-9825-e0f2b96b31e9","name":"Omaha Westside High School","address":"1150 S 89th St, Omaha, NE 68124","city":"Omaha","state":"Nebraska","timezone":"America/Chicago","online":false,"latitude":41.2471794,"longitude":-96.0511317},{"id":"f24bab5e-5873-410c-8df5-035486caf9b4","name":"Liberty High School","address":"1400 Dubuque St NE, North Liberty, IA 52317","city":"North Liberty","state":"Iowa","timezone":"America/Chicago","online":false,"latitude":41.73544769999999,"longitude":-91.5708622}],"packages":[{"package":1,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":8500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":12000,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":3,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":6500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":24000,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":10,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":6000,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":65000,"currency":"USD"}}],"site":{"url":"https://sites.coach/thomas-pate","cancellationPolicy":{"windowHours":24,"lateCancelFeePercent":0,"noShowFeePercent":0,"agreementRequired":false},"prepaidLessonExpiryMonths":12,"packages":[{"id":"1fe0c343-0957-4c62-87c3-64d29dd89f58","name":"10 Pack","description":"Ten Lesson Package","lessonLength":60,"lessons":{"options":[10],"min":10,"max":10,"default":10},"participants":{"options":[1],"min":1,"max":1},"online":false,"locationIds":["f24bab5e-5873-410c-8df5-035486caf9b4"],"pricePerLesson":{"amount":4000,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":40000,"currency":"USD"},"passFeesToStudent":false,"welcomeOffer":null},{"id":"bdeec268-c774-4a89-bf74-da1ffd4084e6","name":"Lesson Bundle","description":"3 lessons at a discounted rate","lessonLength":60,"lessons":{"options":[3],"min":3,"max":3,"default":3},"participants":{"options":[1,2],"min":1,"max":8},"online":false,"locationIds":["f24bab5e-5873-410c-8df5-035486caf9b4"],"pricePerLesson":{"amount":4500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":13500,"currency":"USD"},"passFeesToStudent":false,"welcomeOffer":null}]},"rating":{"average":5,"count":6},"policies":{"cancellation":"Full refund when the student cancels within 24 hours of making the booking and the lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.","riskFreeGuarantee":"After the first lesson, the student can request a rematch with a different coach or a refund within 24 hours of that lesson.","expiry":"Prepaid lessons bought on TeachMe.To are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
