There’s nothing better than watching a student improve and break their personal best. I enjoy making beginners feel comfortable and confident when they’re at the range or playing a new course for the first time, since it can be intimidating.\n\nI’ve been playing golf since age 12, reaching one of the highest levels of amateur golf in Ireland, competing alongside players like Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry, representing my province at the Interprovincial Championships, and winning my state championship.\n\nCoaching has become just as big a passion as playing. I specialize in TrackMan analysis, so we can get properly technical, recording and dissecting your swing to understand exactly what’s happening and why. Alongside that, we’ll work through playing lessons focused on course management and short game, chipping and putting, which I believe is the most important part of anyone’s game.\n\nI’m a scratch golfer with elite, tour level ball striking ability, matching pro caliber numbers in distance and precision. I bring real, tested competitive experience to every lesson, not just theory.\n\nBased in the Miami area and available to coach throughout the region.\n\nReady to take your game to the next level? Let’s get started.","avatarUrl":"https://ewvfbezbkbxmtghxhiij.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/media/default/aea227e7-90cd-48b3-bc63-a93c1be448f8.png","skill":{"id":"9a11b260-2a84-4411-8db6-e9fa43ccb87e","slug":"golf","label":"Golf"},"acceptingNewStudents":true,"teachesOnline":true,"lessonLengths":[60,90,120],"maxParticipants":3,"locations":[{"id":"02cfd53e-9f24-426b-a420-41acf86c305f","name":"The Biltmore Golf Course","address":"1210 Anastasia Ave, Coral Gables, FL 33134, USA","city":"Coral Gables","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":false,"latitude":25.7405442,"longitude":-80.2800652},{"id":"0527e85b-b759-4084-91a1-2a8e2fcdfea2","name":"Birdie Golf Studios","address":"45 NE 26th St unit d, Miami, FL 33137, United States","city":"Miami","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":false,"latitude":25.8018568,"longitude":-80.1941295},{"id":"16e91eb6-e8cf-40e9-ab47-fa3485c18a22","name":"The Tips Golf","address":"115 SW 8th St unit 201, Miami, FL 33130, USA","city":"Miami","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":false,"latitude":25.7668869,"longitude":-80.1960917},{"id":"469d6cce-8e07-4412-88b9-e21fb637b834","name":"Birdie Golf Studios (Coach Managed)","address":"45 NE 26th St unit d, Miami, FL 33137, United States","city":"Miami","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":false,"latitude":25.8018568,"longitude":-80.1941295},{"id":"a4d63e85-5f3a-4420-86f2-ff14d66ed02e","name":"The Tips Golf (Coach Managed)","address":"115 SW 8th St unit 201, Miami, FL 33130, USA","city":"Miami","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":false,"latitude":25.7668869,"longitude":-80.1960917},{"id":"d87b6de2-1f05-4eae-976a-d516231b1564","name":"Miami, Florida","address":"Miami, Florida","city":"Miami","state":"Florida","timezone":"America/New_York","online":true,"latitude":25.76,"longitude":-80.19}],"packages":[{"package":1,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":16500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":20500,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":3,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":14500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":49500,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":10,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":14000,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":150000,"currency":"USD"}}],"site":{"url":"https://sites.coach/simon-mcdonagh","cancellationPolicy":{"windowHours":24,"lateCancelFeePercent":0,"noShowFeePercent":0,"agreementRequired":false},"prepaidLessonExpiryMonths":12,"packages":[{"id":"d0c653fe-9814-49f0-9f85-12597f412ebf","name":"60-minute private lesson","description":"One hour of one-on-one golf built around your goals.","lessonLength":60,"lessons":{"options":[1],"min":1,"max":1,"default":1},"participants":{"options":[1],"min":1,"max":1},"online":false,"locationIds":["16e91eb6-e8cf-40e9-ab47-fa3485c18a22"],"pricePerLesson":{"amount":10000,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":12500,"currency":"USD"},"passFeesToStudent":false,"welcomeOffer":null}]},"rating":{"average":5,"count":2},"policies":{"cancellation":"Full refund when the student cancels within 24 hours of making the booking and the lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.","riskFreeGuarantee":"After the first lesson, the student can request a rematch with a different coach or a refund within 24 hours of that lesson.","expiry":"Prepaid lessons bought on TeachMe.To are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
