I don’t teach hitting mechanics, pitching grips, or fielding footwork. I work on what most coaches never address: the confidence, focus, composure, and mental routines that determine whether an athlete’s physical ability actually shows up when it matters.\n\nI played college baseball at Hawaii Pacific University and Grand Canyon University and spent time in professional baseball environments including independent league camps and spring training. I know what it feels like to step into the box with pressure on, to deal with a bad at-bat carrying into the next one, and to play a role that demands mental toughness nobody taught me how to build. I had to figure most of it out on my own.\n\nNow I help baseball players at every level develop the mental skills I wish I had been taught. I am a Certified Mental Performance Coach through Brian Cain’s Mental Performance Mastery program and a Certified Life and Success Coach through Jay Shetty’s program. I also hold certifications and training in meditation, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), and somatic coaching (body-based awareness and nervous system regulation).\n\nMost baseball coaches will tell a player to “shake it off” or “be more confident” but never explain what that actually means or how to do it. I do. I give baseball players specific, practical tools they can use before, during, and after games to compete with more clarity, confidence, and control.\n","avatarUrl":"https://ewvfbezbkbxmtghxhiij.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/media/default/f49f2683-451c-4e94-89ed-9208afbcc1fe.jpeg","skill":{"id":"dbeb189c-e9f0-44c4-b1c7-77e131aa5599","slug":"mental-performance","label":"Mental performance"},"acceptingNewStudents":true,"teachesOnline":false,"lessonLengths":[60,90,120],"maxParticipants":6,"locations":[{"id":"277ab88a-c7a2-43a2-8ed8-93f4b5a9bbca","name":"Madison Park","address":"1440 E Glenrosa Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85014, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.49871530000001,"longitude":-112.0502133},{"id":"41637bc7-d263-4304-9782-e3f38882175a","name":"Perry Park","address":"2700 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85008, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.4780187,"longitude":-112.01373},{"id":"4b49d614-4850-414e-85b4-bf360a701270","name":"Kachina Park","address":"4304 E Campbell Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85018, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.5033054,"longitude":-111.9894484},{"id":"6bb5c549-eeed-4b83-b2eb-a11d68351b12","name":"Arcadia Park","address":"3402 N 56th St, Phoenix, AZ 85018, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.4882736,"longitude":-111.9622676},{"id":"78a14f82-1336-4d97-ab66-f20dc08f2d0a","name":"Steele Indian School Park","address":"300 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.5003125,"longitude":-112.0674375},{"id":"8ab5e0d2-8048-43cb-aa40-b5f4be778e11","name":"Los Olivos Park","address":"2802 E Devonshire Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.49741,"longitude":-112.0181476},{"id":"dd6701bb-9574-46bd-9290-e9a257ccee93","name":"Pierce Park","address":"2159 N 46th St, Phoenix, AZ, USA","city":"Phoenix","state":"Arizona","timezone":"America/Phoenix","online":false,"latitude":33.4707703,"longitude":-111.9825191}],"packages":[{"package":1,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":11500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":13000,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":3,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":9500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":30000,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":10,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":8500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":90000,"currency":"USD"}}],"site":null,"rating":{"average":5,"count":3},"policies":{"cancellation":"Full refund when the student cancels within 24 hours of making the booking and the lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.","riskFreeGuarantee":"After the first lesson, the student can request a rematch with a different coach or a refund within 24 hours of that lesson.","expiry":"Prepaid lessons bought on TeachMe.To are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
