I have competed in MLS NEXT and the U.S. Development Academy, the highest levels of youth soccer in the United States, and have trained at professional environments including Fulham FC and Manchester United training facilities. In 2020, I was scouted by Southampton FC and invited to attend a trial, further shaping my understanding of the technical and tactical demands of the modern game.\n\nAs a coach, my focus is on detailed player development, emphasizing ball mastery, dribbling at speed, 1v1 effectiveness, and decision making under pressure. I structure training to progress from technical foundations to realistic game scenarios, helping players feel confident and composed when these moments arise in competition.","avatarUrl":"https://ewvfbezbkbxmtghxhiij.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/media/default/44ed0ee8-f537-453d-bfcd-d1d6a8a72da3.jpeg","skill":{"id":"c6f2899e-4e2b-4770-a370-7f1f88d4a9e8","slug":"soccer","label":"Soccer"},"acceptingNewStudents":true,"teachesOnline":false,"lessonLengths":[60,90,120],"maxParticipants":5,"locations":[{"id":"14cc33e9-3275-4872-b3c6-8263e8243827","name":"Tualatin High School","address":"22300 SW Boones Ferry Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062","city":"Tualatin","state":"Oregon","timezone":"America/Los_Angeles","online":false,"latitude":45.3585282,"longitude":-122.7720691},{"id":"47aefa17-c1e2-40be-a759-e8e4757c1d87","name":"Waluga Park - East","address":"15505 Quarry Road, Lake Oswego, OR, USA","city":"Lake Oswego","state":"Oregon","timezone":"America/Los_Angeles","online":false,"latitude":45.41298200000001,"longitude":-122.7227037}],"packages":[{"package":1,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":7500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":8500,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":3,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":5500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":18000,"currency":"USD"}},{"package":10,"lessonLength":60,"participants":1,"pricePerLesson":{"amount":4500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":50000,"currency":"USD"}}],"site":{"url":"https://sites.coach/ryan-valdez","cancellationPolicy":{"windowHours":24,"lateCancelFeePercent":0,"noShowFeePercent":0,"agreementRequired":false},"prepaidLessonExpiryMonths":12,"packages":[{"id":"648eec91-141a-408c-845f-2d0d613fd2fa","name":"Single Session Package ","description":"","lessonLength":60,"lessons":{"options":[1],"min":1,"max":1,"default":1},"participants":{"options":[1],"min":1,"max":1},"online":false,"locationIds":["14cc33e9-3275-4872-b3c6-8263e8243827","47aefa17-c1e2-40be-a759-e8e4757c1d87"],"pricePerLesson":{"amount":4000,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":4000,"currency":"USD"},"passFeesToStudent":false,"welcomeOffer":null},{"id":"57c31b11-0da8-40b7-90bc-8ba1fe1a58c1","name":"Trio Session Package ","description":"","lessonLength":60,"lessons":{"options":[3],"min":3,"max":3,"default":3},"participants":{"options":[1,2,3,4],"min":1,"max":4},"online":false,"locationIds":["14cc33e9-3275-4872-b3c6-8263e8243827","47aefa17-c1e2-40be-a759-e8e4757c1d87"],"pricePerLesson":{"amount":3500,"currency":"USD"},"total":{"amount":10500,"currency":"USD"},"passFeesToStudent":false,"welcomeOffer":null}]},"rating":{"average":5,"count":15},"policies":{"cancellation":"Full refund when the student cancels within 24 hours of making the booking and the lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.","riskFreeGuarantee":"After the first lesson, the student can request a rematch with a different coach or a refund within 24 hours of that lesson.","expiry":"Prepaid lessons bought on TeachMe.To are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
